In April 2026, JSC “Bereznik” completed the first stage of construction of two greenhouses for growing spruce seedlings.
The total area of the greenhouse complex is 3,600 m². The greenhouses are equipped with a modern irrigation system and are intended for growing planting stock for reforestation purposes.
The production capacity of the complex is up to 4 million spruce seedlings per year. The seedlings produced will be used for forest restoration projects in the Vologda Region.
The project will enable JSC “Bereznik” to meet its own demand for planting material and improve the efficiency of forest regeneration activities.
